The facility is provided with an unique blending and mixing system at the final stage of the process to ensure consistent quality of the end products. The R&D wing at Marine Chemicals is the nerve centre of the groups past, present and future development plans. Our research team is currently involved in the development of new products and ideas inorder to meet the demand of application and requirements world-wide. R&D has completed successful trials in some of the more advanced forms of AGAR AGAR and these products will be introduced in the market shortly. We are also in the process of developing Agarose used for Electro Phoresis. The different steps of production are co-ordinated with the help of the latest management & control techniques essential to ensure optimum batch tracebility. The rigorous Quality Controls necessary for production starts at the raw material stage and continues right through the manufacturing process inorder to ensure consistency at every stage of production. We give a lot of importance to packaging. Materials are packed in polythene bags and then placed in Poly H.B drums or Poly Fibre drums as per requirements of customers. This prevents not only contamination but also ensures that quality is maintained during storage period.
